Job Title: Senior PMO - Workday Programme

Location: Warwick / Hybrid

Contract Type: 6 months - possibility for extension

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior PMO to support the delivery of the Elevate Programme, a major Workday implementation across People, Finance, and Procurement.

This hybrid role combines 50% PMO governance & reporting with 50% delivery oversight, working closely with the Portfolio Manager and senior stakeholders including the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the Head of People Transformation. With Go-Live scheduled for April 2026, the role is critical in ensuring governance discipline, structured reporting, and proactive risk management in a blended Agile/Waterfall environment.

This is a senior, high-visibility role requiring autonomy, confidence, structured thinking, and the ability to engage credibly with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead weekly/fortnightly reporting cycles and produce executive Steering Committee packs

Maintain RAID logs, RAG reporting, governance frameworks, and programme artefacts

Support Design Authority processes, stage gates, and go/no-go decisions

Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery actions across the People Transformation Team

Drive accountability with workstream leads and maintain delivery cadence

Monitor testing progress, identify risks/blockers, and escalate appropriately

Essential Requirements

Proven Senior PMO experience with hands-on project management capability

Experience in software delivery programmes and Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Strong ownership of RAID, RAG, governance, and reporting packs

Agile PM qualification - mandatory

Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholdersHighly Desirable

Workday delivery experience

HR, Finance, or People Technology programme exposure

Big Four or top-tier consultancy background
