Description

We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Rotherham. This role has become available due to company growth. You will be responsible for managing the service and maintaining high standards within a fast-paced branch.

What’s on offer:

£35,000-£40,000.

Bonuses available for meeting branch targets.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

Leading the day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.

Maintaining high standards of care provided.

Managing and developing office and care staff.

Working alongside local authorities.

Embedding strong leadership, culture and accountability across the branch.

Identifying opportunities for business growth across private and NHS referral streams.

Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and improving governance processes.

Registered Manager Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.

Experience working in a busy, fast paced branch offering over 3000hrs of care weekly.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.

Minimum NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.

Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
