Personnel Selection are pleased to be aiding in the recruitment of an experienced Office Supervisor to join this well-established business in Northampton.

The role is permanent and full time and the hours of work are either 12pm - 9pm or 1pm - 10pm. This isn't on a rota; the candidate will select which hours are better suited.

This role will suit an experienced supervisor / team leader, who loves to develop their team and ensure processes run smoothly and effectively.

Your duties will include:

Lead and motivate a team of administrators in a busy operational environment.

Support the Manager and manage the department in their absence.

Allocate workloads to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within service deadlines.

Monitor team performance through KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
