Description

We're currently seeking an experienced and people‑focused HR Manager to take ownership of day‑to‑day HR operations and support the continued growth of our clients business. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a mix of hands‑on HR work, employee support and process improvement, while maintaining a healthy work–life balance through part‑time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Oversee all day‑to‑day HR operations, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers

*

Manage recruitment processes including job adverts, shortlisting, interviews and onboarding

*

Support managers with employee relations, performance management and absence management

*

Maintain accurate HR records, contracts and documentation

*

Lead on policy updates and best‑practice HR processes

*

Coordinate training, development and appraisal cycles

*

Provide guidance on HR legislation

*

Support payroll with monthly HR‑related information

*

Drive positive culture initiatives and employee engagement activities

*

Handle any ad‑hoc HR projects as required

Skills & Experience:

*

Previous experience in an HR Manager, HR Advisor or similar role

*

Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice

*

Confident handling employee relations and xjnqpsq supporting managers

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

*

CIPD Level 5 (preferred) or equivalent experience

*

Able to work independently and manage a varied workload

Working hours:

* Monday to Friday (25-30 hours per week)
