One day you could be investigating a workplace complaint and interviewing witnesses; the next you could be chairing a disciplinary, advising a business owner on a difficult employee situation or helping navigate a grievance or appeal.

You'll also provide mediation and conciliation support, advise clients on their legal position and produce clear, professional reports following meetings and investigations.

Most importantly, you'll remain impartial, confident and commercially aware, helping clients understand both their legal position and potential risk.

Who are we looking for?

You could already be working as an HR Manager, Employee Relations Specialist, HR Consultant, People Manager or Employment Law professional.

You'll ideally have:

A degree/CIPD qualification in HR, Law or a related discipline OR strong practical experience within HR/People Management
