About the Role
This is a senior, revenue-driving position reporting directly to the Sales Director. You will lead high-value projects end-to-end, cultivate key referrer relationships, and play a pivotal role in driving business growth.
The successful candidate will combine strong design capability with commercial acumen and the confidence to operate at the top end of the luxury residential market.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver and exceed ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets

Generate new business through proactive networking and industry relationships
*
Manage high-value projects from concept through to installation and aftercare
*
Present compelling design proposals and technical drawings (CAD essential)
*
Oversee technical sign-off, ordering, and installation coordination
*
Act as the senior point of contact for discerning private clients
*
Maintain and develop strategic relationships with architects and interior designers
*
Support and mentor junior designers where required
Requirements
*
Proven track record of high performance within luxury kitchen or interior sales
*
Experience handling substantial project values
*
Advanced CAD proficiency
*
Strong commercial awareness xjnqpsq and closing ability
*
Excellent presentation and client management skills
*
Ability to manage multiple premium projects simultaneously
