Description

Children and Family Support Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join the team at our dual placement home for children with complex and challenging needs.

Set in *Bristol*, our home is a partnership with Bristol Council and enjoys considerable support from the Local Authority. You will be a key part of the leadership team, responsible for a team of support workers, and have the opportunity to create a safe and welcoming environment for young people where we can make a real difference to their lives.

You will have a driving licence and car, a minimum of 2 years working within a children's home and an NVQ level 3 or 4 in residential social care or equivalent. Just as importantly you will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience and team working skills and a desire to create a positive and happy culture which will enable our children to thrive.

As a growing company we offer the opportunity to progress to a Registered Manager position within two years.

*You will also be required to do one shift a week which will be a 24 hour shift and help out with any emergencies. As a deputy you need to be fully flexible and share on call over weekends and evenings with the manager.*

*Skills:*
