*Exciting New Opportunity – Care and Support Manager ( Autism and Learning Disabilities)*

*Pay Scale: £32,000.00 - £37,000.00 per year*

This is a new role within a new service area, offering an exciting opportunity to play a key part in setting up innovative supported living services in the Brighton and Hove and East Sussex area. *About the Role*

You will promote and manage a needs-led service for adults with Autism, Learning Disabilites and complex needs. Leading a dedicated care and support team, you will aspire to deliver outstanding care by adopting a person-centred approach that supports self-awareness, personal growth, and ensures each person we support the strongest voice in decision-making and lifestyle choices. Your leadership will ensure that people feel safe and supported both at home and within their community.

*About You*

* Experience of working with adults with Autism/Learning Disabilities and complex needs.

* Experienced in motivating, managing, and developing staff

* Clear understanding of leadership responsibilities in social care

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Passionate about delivering excellent quality and driving continuous improvement

* Skilled at engaging with service users, families, advocates, and professionals

* Experience supporting people with high and complex needs (PBS skills advantageous)

* Confident with IT, including Excel and email for day-to-day management tasks
