Part-Time Operations Assistant / Business Growth

Support – £20/hr

Location: Work from home (UK preferred)

Hours: 3 days per week, 3 hours per day

Rate: £20 per hour

I’m looking for a proactive and commercially minded Operations / Business growth Assistant to help grow my service-based cleaning business.

We work with both residential and commercial clients and are actively expanding in both sectors.

Growth Targets:

• Secure 30 new residential customers

• Including at least 5 new commercial clients

This is a work-from-home position. You must have access to a laptop or desktop computer and

reliable internet.

Responsibilities:

• Lead generation and outreach (residential & commercial)

• Following up enquiries

• Supporting conversion of new customers

• Managing and organising leads within a CRM system

• Assisting with Google My Business optimisation

• Supporting social media growth

• General business tasks as required

• Helping improve systems and organisation

You must:

• Take initiative (no hand-holding)

• Be confident communicating with potential customers

• Think commercially and focus on results

• Be organised and efficient

• Have experience using CRM systems

• Be comfortable using online tools and platforms

This is initially a part-time role, but the successful candidate can expect the opportunity to move into a full-time position as the business grows and targets are achieve.
