🚨 WE ARE HIRING 🚨
Automotive Operations & Sales Coordinator
Inline Automotive Solutions is expanding into a larger workshop in Purfleet and we are looking for a switched on, proactive and commercially minded person to join our team full time.
This is not just an admin role. We need someone who can help drive work into the business, keep the workshop organised, manage customers properly and help keep the ramps busy every day.
The role will include:
• Taking calls, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries
• Quoting jobs through lead platforms and customer enquiries
• Following up quotes and converting enquiries into bookings
• Raising estimates, job sheets and invoices
• Ordering parts from suppliers such as GSF, Euro Car Parts, TPS, dealerships and motor factors
• Checking parts availability and keeping jobs moving
• Coordinating customers, bookings and workshop flow
• Posting reconditioned engines, repair jobs and services on eBay, Facebook and social media
• Supporting Google Business profile, reviews and online presence
• Taking payments and chasing outstanding balances
• Data entry, spreadsheets and general operational support
We are not looking for someone to simply answer phones. We need someone sharp, organised and hungry to help drive sales and keep the business moving.
Ideal candidate:
• Garage, dealership or motor factor experience preferred
• Parts knowledge is a big advantage
• Must understand cars and workshop flow
• Must be confident with customers and phones
• Must be organised, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Must take initiative and not wait to be told everything
This role would suit someone from a parts advisor, service advisor, motor factor, workshop admin or automotive sales background.
📍 Location: Purfleet Industrial Park, Essex RM15
💷 Pay: £24k to £29k depending on experience, with performance bonus available for the right person
