Description

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. Must speak and understand Punjabi, English, and Hindi. The role involves supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth case management, and providing excellent client service. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations and day-to-day administration

Answer and direct phone calls professionally

Open, manage, update, and close case files accurately

Attend to clients and provide basic assistance as required
