Description

SIPP Administrator

We're looking for a confident and detail‑focused SIPP Administrator to join a growing team. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate, high‑quality service to clients, advisers and investment providers.

You must have previous pension administration experience and a solid understanding of SIPP and pension rules.

What you'll do

Handle day‑to‑day SIPP administration, including transfers, drawdown and bereavement cases.

Process investment withdrawals and pension sharing orders.

Communicate clearly with clients, advisers and external providers.

Track all cases through to completion and maintain service levels.

Support department projects and assist with SSAS or property‑based SIPPs when required.

Maintain strong quality standards and embed risk awareness in your work.

What you'll bring

Pension experience is essential (SIPP knowledge strongly preferred).

Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills.

Confident communication and strong customer service approach.

Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise busy workloads.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Ability to understand investment transactions, including non‑standard investments.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

35‑hour week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
