Description

Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for accounts payable.

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.

Respond to vendor inquiries and provide excellent service.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes.

Support ad hoc financial tasks as required by the accounting and finance department.Profile

A successful Transactional AP Processor should have:

Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar role within the industrial and manufacturing sector.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

An understanding of financial processes and compliance standards.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Offer

An hourly rate of £12.50 to £14.50, depending on experience.
