We are supporting a highly regarded, multi-office accountancy firm in Warwickshire who are seeking to appoint a Tax Partner to join their growing team.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Mixed Tax professional to step into a high-impact, leadership role.

A key position within the firm, you will be working closely with the Partners, managing your own portfolio and supporting the wider business with both compliance and advisory matters.

This role would suit an existing Tax Partner or a Tax Manager / Senior Manager / Director seeking that next step.

Role Overview:

Manage a portfolio of clients across both corporate and personal / private client taxationDeliver a blend of compliance and advisory workProject workAssist with technical queries and complex issuesSupervise and develop a small team of staffSupport the Partners in driving the firm's continued growth. You'll play an integral part in delivering high-quality work and advice, building client relationships and contributing to wider business planning and development.

Candidate Profile:

We're looking for an experienced taxation professional with ideally:

CTA, ATT, ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalentProven experience in both personal and corporate taxStrong understanding of both compliance and advisory workPrevious staff management or supervisory experienceExcellent communication, leadership and client relationship skills. What's on Offer:
