Key Responsibilities

Process client payrolls accurately and on time

Manage your own portfolio of payrolls, ensuring error-free delivery

Communicate proactively and clearly with clients and partners

*

Administer pensions and auto-enrolment correctly

*

Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies independently

*

Maintain compliance with UK payroll legislation and best practice

Ideal Candidate Profile

*

3+ years UK payroll experience in an accountancy practice or payroll bureau

*

Proven experience managing client payrolls independently

*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

*

Expert knowledge of pensions and auto-enrolment

*

Clear and professional communicator

*

BrightPay experience is essential.

*

Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work autonomously
