Senior Finance Assistant

Location: Park Royal

Salary: Up to £40,000

Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Dynamite Recruitment are working in partnership with a successful business to recruit an experienced and well-rounded finance professional to join the team in a progressive role. Starting with a focus on accounts payable, this position will grow into a broader finance role, including accounts receivable and management accounts preparation, with the potential to manage a small team further down the line.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can take ownership, follow and set up processes & systems, and develop their career within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Develop a deep understanding of supplier-heavy purchasing operations.

Set up and refine processes, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency in finance operations.

Work independently while engaging with the finance team for support.

Liaise directly with suppliers and customers to resolve finance queries.

Take on broader finance duties, leading towards an Assistant Management Accountant position.

The ideal candidate will -

Be an experienced finance professional with strong all-round accounting skills.

Have a proven ability to work independently and improve processes.

Be comfortable starting with transactional work but driven to progress further.

Be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
