Description

Prepare statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companiesPrepare Corporation Tax computations and returnsAssist with personal and business tax mattersPrepare VAT returns and management accountsCarry out bookkeeping and account reconciliations using cloud-based accounting softwareLiaise directly with clients and respond to day-to-day queriesSupport senior team members with client assignments and deadlinesEnsure work is completed accurately and in line with professional standardsBu??ild and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio

Profile

Ideally 2-4 years' experience within an accountancy practiceACCA part-qualified, AAT qualified or equivalent practical experienceExperience preparing year-end accounts for a range of business entitiesGood understanding of Corporation Tax and VATExperience using cloud accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooksStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and client-facing abilitiesProactive and positive approach to workKeen to continue learning and progressing within the profession
