Search are recruiting for a number of Reception cover roles during the holiday season. If you are looking for summer or casual work, then this may be a great opportunity for you.
Rate of pay: 12.71 - 13.00 per hour
Duties:
- Switchboard operating
- Welcoming staff and visitors
- Ensuring friendly and professional first point of contact
- Taking messages
- Making teas and coffees for visitors
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Adhoc administrative duties
What you'll come with:
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly manner
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to operate a switchboard is preferred
