We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.

Summary of the Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk role

Salary: £30,000

Location: Bedford

Type of Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am -5pm or 8am-4pm

Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk

Focus on expenses

Resolving invoice queries

Reconciling supplier statements

Processing internal expense claims

Supplier liaison

Day-to-day admin – answering the telephone, filing photocopying

Requirements for a successful Purchase Ledger Expenses Clerk

Experience in purchase ledger and supplier reconciliation

Strong numeracy skills

Attention to detail

Good knowledge of Excel and SAGE

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisational skills
