Purchase Ledger / Credit Control Assistant
Belfast Part-Time (4 Days/Week) 22,000 - 24,000 (DOE)
We're currently working on behalf of our client in Belfast ci8ty centre who are llooking for an experienced Purchase Ledger / Credit Control Assistant to join their finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in accounts payable and credit control who's looking for a flexible role with a supportive team.
You'll play a key part in managing our purchase ledger and credit control functions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of finance and is highly organised.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit control - manage customer accounts and ensure timely paymentsEntering purchase invoices accurately and efficientlySupplier statement reconciliationsPosting bank transactions and reconciling bank accountsSupporting wider finance tasks as needed
Criteria
Minimum 1 year+ in your current finance roleSolid industry experience in a similar positionStrong credit control background - essentialProficiency with Sage (Sage 200 ideal, but not essential)Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
