Description
The key responsibilities of a Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:
Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
Matching invoices to purchase orders
Completing supplier statement reconciliations
Managing supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies
Preparing and processing payment runs
Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
Ensuring the purchase ledger is kept accurate and up to date
Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties when requiredProfile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have:
Previous purchase ledger/accounts payable experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills
The ability to manage your own workload and xjnqpsq meet deadlines
Good Excel and accounting software skills
