Description
We are looking for an experienced Property Claims Handler to join the team in Manchester. Ideally, you will be office-based due to the nature of the claims and system access requirements, but you can move to a hybrid working arrangement with two days per week from home after training.
This role is perfect for someone seeking personal development and aspiring to become a Loss Adjuster or move into a more technical claims role with the necessary guidance and mentoring to help you excel and progress in your career.
You will handle claims up to £50k from start to finish, including negotiation, settlement, and repudiations. You will record new losses, provide policy advice, manage loss adjusters and suppliers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
You should have previous claims handling experience, excellent customer service skills, and ideally be CII qualified or willing to work towards it.
