Location: London (Hybrid 3-4 Days onsite per week)

Are you an experienced UK Payroll Specialist with 3+ years working in a bureau or shared services environment? Do you have solid expertise managing high-volume payrolls, UK payroll legislation, and HMRC submissions?

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely payroll processing from start to finish. Your role will involve troubleshooting processes, ensuring compliance, managing pensions, and building strong client relationships across the UK.

What you bring:

* Proven payroll processing experience in a bureau or large-volume environment

* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, payroll software, pensions, auto-enrolment, BACS, and HMRC compliance

* Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

* Excellent communication, organisational, and commercial awareness

* Self-starter mindset with integrity, professionalism, and passion for client service

* CIPP qualification desirable but not essential
