Policy & Documentation Governance Analyst - Banking/Markets sought by leading investment bank based in Belfast.
Inside IR35 - 3 days a week on site
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for policy governance and documentation management? We're looking for a Policy & Documentation Governance Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting strategic initiatives across the markets business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the review and simplification of Markets-owned policy documents.Support risk assessment and content validation of non-hierarchy documentation.Oversee the Markets Document Repository, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Identify and escalate potential risks for further review.Maintain control reports and ensure secure document retention.Assist with centralized authoring of inventory documents as needed.Execute updates to the Markets Policy Playbook, detailing operational processes.Develop and maintain the Markets Training Governance Playbook.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong understanding of policy governance and document lifecycle management.Experience in risk identification and escalation processes.Excellent organizational and reporting skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with financial services or regulatory environments is a plus.Please apply within for further details or call on (phone number removed)
