What you'll be doing

Managing a portfolio of Personal Lines and HNW clients

Handling renewals, MTAs, new business and general client queries

Providing a high‑quality service and building strong client relationships

Working closely with colleagues across the wider group

Using Acturis daily to process and manage client information

What you'll bring

Ideally 2+ years' experience in Personal Lines insurance

Acturis experience is strongly preferred

A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a long‑term career

Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients

A team‑focused mindset - you enjoy learning from others and contributing to a supportive culture
