At Solus, we're committed to delivering exceptional vehicle repair services and outstanding customer experiences. We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) Administrator to join our finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who maintains excellent standards even when managing high volumes of work.takes ownership of tasks and delivers results.Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders is essential and this role involvesfinding practical solutions and continuously improving processes.

Responsibilities

As a PCN Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) relating to company and courtesy vehicles. You will ensure all notices are handled promptly, accurately, and in line with required deadlines while maintaining strict confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

Accurately log and track all incoming PCNs.

Maintain and update records to ensure complete audit trails.

Handling confidential information.

Match supporting documentation and driver information to individual notices.

Re-present PCNs through issuing authority portals, transferring liability where appropriate.

Arrange timely payment of fines when re-presentations are unsuccessful.

Process and issue copy invoices when required for legal proceedings or court cases.

Ensure all deadlines are met to prevent increased penalties.

Manage workload effectively and support business continuity during periods of absence or increased volumes.Qualifications

We are looking for someone who can work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.

Excellent organisational and planning skills.

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.
