Part Time Credit Controller

Description

SF Recruitment are collaborating with a great client of ours who are based in Swadlincote. This is a PART TIME permanent role working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week, based in the Head Office. Working collectively within an established finance department, you will be responsible for your own ledger to maximise cash flow.

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Report customers queries to the depotsChase clients for paymentMonitor accounts to know who to chaseTemporarily raise credit limits for health & safety purchasesPlace accounts on hold when customers are not payingOpen new accountsFirst and final lettersSend Letters Before Action's when neededEmail statements to customersWeekly and Monthly invoice runsInform Credit Control Supervisor of any alerts or concerns from individual accountsTake card payments over the phoneRequest remittances and allocate paymentsGenerating cash flow

Required Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative or accounts/credit control role is desirableComfortable communicating with customers and colleaguesWell organised with good attention to detailAble to work effectively as part of a teamConfident using computer systems
