What You'll Do:

As a part time Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Manage credit accounts effectively to maintain healthy cash flowOversee supplier accounts and ensure timely credit controlHandle customer payments accurately and on timeKeep financial records up to date using Sage Business Cloud softwarePerform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reportingConduct client money calculations in line with FCA regulations to ensure compliancePrepare and present general accounting reports to assist with financial decision-making.What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an individual who is not only skilled, but also passionate about accounting. The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong knowledge of core accounting principles and all-round accounts processesExperience in credit controlA solid understanding of managing supplier accountsProficiency in bookkeeping, with experience in using Sage and Xero (essential)Strong Excel skills and general IT proficiencyExcellent bank reconciliation skillsThe ability to generate insightful accounting reportsA positive attitude and a collaborative spirit!Why Join Us?
