If you are an experienced Buy-to-Let Mortgage Advisor looking for consistent, high-quality leads and the flexibility to work on your terms, this role offers a clear route to strong earnings without the need to self-generate business.

You will join a specialist brokerage with a strong reputation in the buy-to-let market, giving you the autonomy to manage your pipeline while being supported by established systems, compliance infrastructure, and a steady flow of investor clients.

Package & Benefits

• Salary £35,000–£40,000 per annum with OTE of £60,000–£80,000+.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on buy-to-let mortgage solutions aligned to their investment strategy.

• Manage cases end-to-end from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Structure and package cases in line with lender criteria and compliance requirements.

• Build and maintain relationships with property investors and lending partners.

About You

• Proven experience as a mortgage advisor, with exposure to buy-to-let lending.

• CeMAP qualified.

• Strong working knowledge of lender criteria and mortgage products.
