We’re working with a large, growing organisation to recruit a Management Accountant into their high-performing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to senior stakeholders, develop your business partnering skills, and play a key role in driving financial performance. This is a broad and hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of the finance function, delivering accurate reporting and meaningful insights that support decision-making across the business.

You’ll be responsible for:

Producing monthly management accounts and insightful analysis

Delivering clear variance commentary to support business performance

Owning balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls

Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles

Reviewing payroll data and ensuring accurate financial reporting

Partnering with operational teams to understand costs and improve performance

Identifying opportunities for process improvements across finance

Skills & experience

Experience xjnqpsq in a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role

Studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA or qualified by experience

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data

A proactive mindset with the ability to work to tight deadlines
