Location: Lincoln/Hybrid

Salary: GBP40k - GBP45k

Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for a proactive Management Accountant to join an established and reputable organisation in Lincoln. As Management Accountant, you will ensure the timely, accurate delivery of monthly management accounts, backed by meaningful analysis that helps the business understand performance, manage costs, and plan ahead. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with teams across the organisation, as well as customers and suppliers.

Preparing monthly management accounts for the Group companiesPosting journals, accruals, prepayments, and overheadsProducing clear variance and performance analysisSupporting the preparation of board reports, dashboards, and management statisticsProcessing monthly payments and issuing self-billing invoices, including any adjustmentsManaging overhead invoices, expenses, credit card transactions, and weekly supplier payments, including VAT submissionsDaily cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliationsUpdating weekly financial KPIsProviding ad-hoc financial analysis, supporting credit control activities, and acting as a finance contact for other departments The ideal candidate for the role of Management Accountant

Demonstrable experience in a similar finance or accounting roleStrong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and manipulate data efficientlyExperience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or similar ERP systems) desirable To Apply
