Search are currently supporting a large law firm in the centre of Leeds who is looking to recruit a Legal Cashier to join their growing finance team! The role would be suited to someone who has a years experience and is wanting more exposure.

Job Duties:

Assisting with the process of financial transactionsEnsuring the office, client and nominal account ledgers are up to dateChecking and data entry of billsTaking both internal and external calls, including taking card paymentsDaily bankingRaising cheques in accordance with fee earners or support staff instructions.Maintenance of the firm's petty cash system and processing of expensesEnsuring that transactions and processes comply with the SRA Accounts Rules, HMRC regulations and other relevant legislation and guidanceWhats required:

Worked in a similar role before Competent with Microsoft packagesAbility to work to timed deadlines AnalyticAbility to work as part of a team Excellent communication skillsWhats on offer:
