Description
Are you seeking a new role within billing ? We are working with a top-rate law firm who are seeking a Legal Billing Administrator to join their team initially on a 6-Month Contract basis.
For this role, you will need at least 6 months experience working within an accounts or billing role. If you have an accounts / legal billing qualification, then this may be looked upon favourably. However, this is not essential. Additionally, you will need a good educational background and excellent data entry skills, along with strong organisation and deadline management. Experience in using Aderant software would be a bonus.
Duties:
Acting as first point of contact for all billing queries. Carrying out the correct processes for billing. Sending accurate invoices to clients. Entering the correct billing data within the firm s system. Handling disbursements. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience and skills within a thriving firm. An excellent salary and benefits package is on offer. Apply today!
Dawn Ellmore Employment aims to respond to all applicants, however due to the number of applications received this is regrettably not always possible. If you have not received a response within three working days, you may assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
