As the Management Accountant you will lead the financial reporting and planning processes. This role is pivotal in delivering best-in-class budgeting, forecasting and performance management to support strategic decision-making.

You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, providing financial insights and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

The position offers the opportunity to shape financial tools, reporting frameworks, and analytics that maximise impact and value for money.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting and forecasting processes, including re-forecasts, reporting backProducing monthly and quarterly management accounts with variance analysisPreparing annual reports and supporting the auditDeveloping financial performance metrics and cost allocation methodologiesInvolved with scenario modelling and financial insights for business casesAnalysing income, expenditure, and cost trends with meaningful commentaryWorking with non finance team members business partnering where neededIdeal skills and experience
