Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and internal policies.Oversee the preparation and submission of payroll tax filings and reports.Provide guidance on payroll–related matters to internal stakeholders.Implement and maintain effective payroll systems and processes.Monitor and manage payroll budgets and forecasts.Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries promptly.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.Profile

A successful Head of Payroll should have:
