Description

Strategic leadership & deputising

Act as a Deputy Head of Marketing to the CMO, representing the marketing function internally and externally when required.Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy and lead on execution across priority areas.Provide marketing leadership for appropriate projects.Brand

Lead brand management activity, ensuring consistent and effective brand expression across all channels.Play a key role in delivering brand and rebrand programmes, from strategic development through to implementation and embedding.Act as a brand guardian, balancing creativity with commercial and audience needs.Digital & Website

Lead marketing digital initiatives, including end–to–end website redesign projects.Oversee ongoing website performance, development, and optimisation, ensuring it remains user–centred, accessible, and aligned to business objectives.Work closely with internal teams and external partners to evolve digital platforms and journeys.CRM:

Lead CRM strategy and delivery, with hands–on experience using HubSpot.Design and implement effective contact and engagement strategies across the audience (broker and member) lifecycles.Oversee campaign execution, evaluation, and optimisation, using performance data to continuously improve outcomes. Data–driven insight & optimisation

Use data and insight to understand key audiences, behaviours and needs.Translate insight into clear recommendations that inform strategy, targeting and messaging.Embed a test–and–learn culture, using performance data to evolve marketing approaches and demonstrate impact.You will also manage one direct report.

Profile

About You:

Senior marketing specialist with 7+ years experience across brand, digital, CRM and data–led marketingConfident stakeholder who can deputise for the CMO and influence at a senior levelBackground in a client–side marketing team; experience in Financial Services or another regulated sector is mandatoryExperience managing brand evolution and leading website redesign or digital transformation projectsTechnical hands–on experience with CRM Strong knowledge of HubSpot and CRM–led customer journeysData–driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into actionProven people leader who can build and develop high–performing teamsHighly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable using CMS platforms and core marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Umbraco, Microsoft Office, Canva)Degree in Marketing/Business or relevant professional marketing qualification is desirableJob Offer
