You will be responsible for:

In this key role you will managing the busy support functionLeading, developing, and mentoring the administration teamEnsuring the smooth day-to-day running of all administrative operationsImplementing and refining processes, systems, and workflows as the firm continues to scaleWorking closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and leadership to enhance client service deliveryTaking a hands-on approach where needed while also driving team performance and continuous improvement What you will need to succeed:

Proven experience in a similar role within wealth management or financial planning is essentialA strong track record of managing people and improving administrative outputThe ability to take charge of a busy and growing team from day oneExcellent organisational and communication skillsA collaborative and approachable leadership styleThe ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders at all levelsWhat you will receive in return :
