FP&A Manager

Description

Reed Finance is working with an established and growing client in the Glasgow area to recruit an FP&A Manager. This is a newly created position due to the growth of the organisation and will play a key role in the future development and success of the business.

Our client is experiencing a significant period of growth due to expansion plans. This role will work closely with various key stakeholders across the organisation. We are searching for qualified accountants who have previous experience in either business partnering, FP&A or project accounting roles. It is ideal that you are system savvy and have been involved in process improvements.

The main responsibilities the position entails are:

Build, refine and maintain robust financial modelsRefine the end-to-end reporting and forecasting processRecommend process improvements to increase accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in reportingWork closely with the FD to develop effective business planning and budgeting toolsOwn the development of the primary accounting softwarePartner with the wider business to develop data collection and modellingDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business performanceTo be considered for the position, you must possess the following:

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS)Previous experience in a FP&A, business partnering or project accounting roleStrong financial modelling skillsAn effective communicator to engage with key stakeholdersIn return, our client is offering a competitive salary with bonus.
