Description

Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Controller to lead the finance function across a multi-company manufacturing business. Managing a small team, you will ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and support continued growth.

Office based role Lead all accounting, reporting, forecasting and month-end processes Produce management accounts, board reports and financial analysis Manage cash flow, payroll, VAT returns and year-end accounts Liaise with auditors, HMRC and regulatory bodies Oversee sales and purchase ledgers, credit control and reconciliations Manage multi-currency ledgers, journals and fixed assets Prepare R&D tax claims and support Patent Box requirements Calculate bonus and commission payments Work closely with operational teams and Sage Manufacturing systems Lead and develop the finance team Requirements

ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or qualified by experience Minimum 10 years' finance leadership experience Manufacturing sector background essential Strong management accounting and reporting expertise Advanced Excel skills; Sage 200 Manufacturing desirable Knowledge of R&D tax claims and Patent Box advantageous If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, your application has unfortunately been unsuccessful on this occasion.
