Finance Supervisor

Description

Our client is looking for a Finance Supervisor to join their team. This can be on a full or part time basis and will be fully office based. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing organisation headquartered in Inverness.

They are looking for someone with experience in accounts who is looking to join a supportive and fast paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing Invoices/Credit notes to valid Purchase Orders Completion of Supplier Statement Reconciliations Dealing with Supplier queries Processing Company Credit Card reports, ensuring adherence to policy Drafting VAT returns for review Assisting with month end accounts and month end journals Liaising with and assisting Finance Managers Supervising and assisting the Transaction Team Adherence to all company policies, financial processes and controls Desirable Attributes:
