Our client is a growing organisation in Derby and looking to add a Finance Manager into this newly created opportunity.

This is a fantastic position reporting to the Head of Finance which will be a varied role including Management Accounting and Business Partnering.

This is a 5 days on site position in Derby.

Description

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Monitor and analyse financial performance to support decision-making.Manage cash flow and oversee financial planning activities.Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations.Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

Proven expertise in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.Qualified by Experience or Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA). Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in financial software and systems.Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Job Offer
