Salary 40,000 - 45,000 DOE

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations, lead a small team, and partner closely with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.

You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening controls, and supporting business growth. This is a hands-on, varied position where no two days are the same-ideal for someone who enjoys both detail and big-picture thinking.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and developing a small finance teamProducing monthly management accounts and group reportingSupporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesDelivering insightful analysis, identifying risks and opportunitiesEnsuring robust financial controls and compliance with group policiesPartnering with operational and commercial teams to drive performanceSupporting audits, year-end processes, and continuous improvement initiativesManaging and enhancing financial systems and processesWhat We're Looking For

Nearly/Newly Qualified (CIMA/ACCA) with relevant experienceStrong working knowledge of SAP is essentialConfident working with multi-currency environmentsA proactive, detail-oriented approach with the confidence to challenge and improveExcellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across the businessWhat's In It For You
