Turn monthly accounts, KPIs and forecasts into clear insights that guide decisionsStrengthen cashflow, budgeting and financial performance through proactive managementDeliver accurate year end accounts that gives the firm confidence and controlOversee payroll so teams are paid correctly and on timeKeep internal records up to date in Xero, ensuring reliable data for the whole firmContribute to annual budgets and long term planning that shapes future growthLead financial input into key projects, improving systems and supporting efficiency The ideal candidate:
