Description
We're seeking a proactive Senior Finance Manager to lead a small, dynamic team of two. You'll oversee management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll reporting, providing insights that drive business strategy.
What you'll do:
Lead a team of two finance professionals.
Manage management accounts, financial planning, and payroll reporting.
Provide actionable insights to support senior leadership decisions.
Ensure compliance and drive process improvements.
What we're looking for:
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) is preferable.
Proven experience in finance management and payroll reporting.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience developing small teams.
Shape and grow a high-performing finance team.
