Description

Distribution Group based in Havant, Hampshire, has an opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to undertake a newly created position specifically designed to support the continued growth and performance of the business both through the detailed analysis of existing clients and the development of new revenue streams.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

Supporting strategic financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term modelling to align with the company's growth aspirationsAnalysing financial performance through detailed variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise business performanceCollaborating with operational teams to evaluate spending, investment returns, and resource allocation to support sustainable growthPreparing insightful management reports, financial narratives, and presentations for senior leadership and the boardUsing scenario analysis to assess potential economic and market impacts on the business and inform decision-making Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
