The Role You will provide financial leadership across multiple business areas, ensuring robust reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Working closely with operational and leadership teams, you will deliver clear, actionable insight that supports business objectives and optimises outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic estimates within a strong financial control frameworkProduce accurate and timely management reporting with clear analysis of key driversIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and controlConduct regular financial reviews, highlighting risks and opportunitiesSupport business case development and provide commercial analysis for key initiativesPartner with senior stakeholders to provide insight and advice on performance against KPIsContribute to strategic projects and cross-functional initiativesCandidate ProfileQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 5 years PQEProven experience in finance business partnering with senior stakeholdersStrong analytical skills and commercial acumenExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAdvanced Excel and financial modelling capability; ERP experience beneficialAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressureThis is a high-impact role for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to influence strategic decisions.
