Finance Administrator

Based in Manchester City

5 days a week on site

Paying up to 25k - 28k depending on experience

We're looking for a detail-driven Finance Administrator. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced role at the heart of the business, supporting teams across the organisation and playing a key part in keeping things running smoothly. If you enjoy juggling multiple priorities, working with systems and spreadsheets, and taking pride in getting the detail right, this role could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing

Raising and processing sales invoices and credit notesManaging declarations, partnerships and billing processesMonitoring and chasing client contract documentationEnsuring account and contract details are accurately maintained on finance systemsMaintaining and updating spreadsheets to support Finance reportingInvestigating and resolving invoice queries and discrepancies with internal teams and clientsPosting and allocating daily cash receiptsHandling client queries via email and Outlook inboxesCarrying out administrative updates on client accountsMaking outbound calls to clients when neededCreating and updating standard operating procedures where required

What you'll bring

Strong Excel skills, including the use of formulasExperience dealing with customers and excellent communication skillsThe ability to organise and prioritise your workload in a deadline-driven environmentA sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingEnthusiasm, reliability and a strong work ethicConfidence working independently and under pressure
