Location: Unit 1, Orbital One Green Street, Green Road, Dartford, Kent DA1 1QG

Hours: Full-time, Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The Abacus Lawrence Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within our finance department, supporting a wide range of financial and administrative duties across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Updating Sage with customer receipts, new projects, credit notes, monthly statements, and resolving any system queries.

• Credit control across multiple group companies, including chasing outstanding payments and retentions.

• Raising and batching sales invoices (Sage and Salesforce), including pro forma invoices.

• Uploading invoices to SIF and filing accordingly.

• Processing customer credit checks using Allianz and Credit Safe, ensuring correct limits are applied.

• Running month-end and weekly reports across Sage and SIF, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

• Processing credit card payments and liaising with customers regarding queries.

• General office duties, including ordering stationery and supporting management with ad hoc tasks.

About You

• Experienced with financial administration and accounting software (Sage experience essential; Salesforce desirable).

• Highly organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Confident with credit control and customer communication.

• A strong team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
