Description
Credit Controller - Central Bristol
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract
Location: Central Bristol - hybrid working, 1-2 days per week in the office.
We're recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a busy finance team in central Bristol on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, providing additional support during the year-end period.
Key Responsibilities
Chase outstanding payments by phone and email.
Monitor customer accounts and overdue balances.
Resolve payment queries and discrepancies.
Allocate payments and maintain accurate account records.
Support the finance team with credit control activities during year-end.
Help ensure outstanding balances are reviewed and accounts are up to date.
Experience Required
Previous credit control experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines. xjnqpsq
Confident using Excel and finance systems.
No specific industry experience is required
