Managing customer accounts and helping clients find solutions to repayment challenges

Handling communications via phone, email, and live chat

Using modern systems and tools to ensure efficient and effective service

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate (finance, business, or related degrees considered)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
